AMS Machinery Manager is a multi-technology data analysis software package designed for Machinery Health Management programs. AMS Machinery Manager supports portable CSI Machinery Analyzers, Online Machinery Health Monitoring systems, and other technology data collection devices. AMS Machinery Manager features and functions include:

  • Runs on Microsoft Windows 32-bit platforms (Windows XP Professional SP1 or SP2, Windows 2000 >SP2, or Windows 2003 Server)
  • Supports CSI 1910, 1010, 1017, 1600, 2115, 2117, 2120, 2120A, 2130 and 8000-series portable analyzers.
  • Integrates all condition monitoring data from vibration, oil, infrared thermography, ultrasonics, laser alignment, precision balancing and electric motors along with full program documentation and reporting.
  • Provides extensive integrated status and reporting capabilities.

This software package includes:

  • PreViewer for custom built reports

AMS Machinery Manager – Single-User Core Software License

This license must be ordered in conjunction with any of the other AMS Machinery Manager packages to enable single user operation.
 
AMS Machinery Manager - LAN Network Core Software License
Part # A470001-EN
This license must be ordered in conjunction with any of the other AMS Machinery Manager packages to enable them for network operation. The LAN network license includes 249 read-only guest seats, the RBMview Lite module, and a domestic NetStart service. When multiple seats of the various software modules are purchased with the LAN Network license, network pricing applies. The first technology seat is list price with each additional seat at 30% of list price. The technology seats are concurrent user client seats to simultaneously access the database and application server. This package includes Network Admin for true network capability. Also available in European Spanish, Finnish, French, Russian, Latin American Spanish, and Swedish.
 
AMS Machinery Manager - MAXIMO Interface Software

Link viable machine condition information directly from AMS Machinery Manager case histories into MRO’s MAXIMO through the Java Business Object Link. Document and communicate all of the various details on machinery health to report accurate asset conditions, advise appropriate actions, prioritize, and plan daily maintenance operations. Work Order status information from MAXIMO can be transferred back to AMS Machinery Manager via the same interface. Integration domestic service includes one day of machine setup. Additional days are available at a per day rate. Requirements for Link:
  • Version 4.0.3 or 4.1.1 of MAXIMO with MxServer Application Server installed and running
  • MAXIMO running on Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle as the database engine
  • AMS Machinery Manager version 4.61 or greater

AMS Machinery Manager Single-User Keyed License

This license must be ordered in conjunction with any of the other AMS Machinery Manager packages to enable single-user operation via a hasp key. Only one key per AMS Machinery Manager single license is allowed. Also available in German, Latin American Spanish, Finnish, French, Russian, Latin American Spanish and Swedish.

This license must be ordered in conjunction with any of the other AMS Machinery Manager packages to enable them for wide area network operation. The use of thin client technology such as Citrix or Terminal Services may be necessary for some network connections due to network bandwidth constraints. The LAN network license includes 249 read only guest seats, the RBMview Lite module, and a domestic NetStart service. When multiple seats of the various software modules are purchased with the WAN Network license, network pricing applies. The first technology seat is list price with each additional seat at 30% of list price. RBMview Software

RBMview software for case history documentation, overall management of the RBM program, and performance metrics tracking and reporting capability. RBMview for AMS Machinery Manager provides high-level overview of your plant’s Machinery Health program and efficient processing of information to achieve the following goals:
  • Provide a central location for current and historical machinery health information about equipment.
  • Provide a means to track and monitor machinery health events such as alarms and problems.
  • Establish a magnitude or rank of significance of information and events relating to equipment.

AMS Asset Portal consolidates data from various data sources (AMS Device Manager, AMS Machinery Manager, AMS Performance Monitor, or AMS Optimizer) from a single or multiple plant locations. Information is presented in a common Internet Explorer web browser. Active alerts, asset details, and event history can be viewed for all your assets -- process equipment, mechanical equipment, instruments and valves. This Asset Portal purchase supports up to 2 simultaneous clients and any 3 of the data sources listed above.
