CSI 9210 Machinery Health Transmitter with armor-jacketed right-angle accelerometers package.
Part # A9210AJ08
Each CSI 9210 Machinery Health Transmitter device monitors a single machine train consisting of one AC induction motor coupled to one centrifugal pump. This revolutionary new four-wire, field mountable, intelligent device tightly integrates machinery health analysis into the process automation environment. The CSI 9210 Transmitter delivers analysis results as FF block alerts while also calculating and delivering machinery health values to FF capable process automation systems via Analog Input function blocks. The device accepts inputs from six accelerometers, one tachometer and one flux coil. Seven Analog Input function blocks are available for machine speed (1), motor temperature (2) and machinery health (4). Two new Multiple Analog Input function blocks are also available providing access to all of the machinery health values in one block and all of the temperature values in the other block resulting in greater network efficiency. Certified to the Fieldbus Foundation specification, ITK 4.51. Standard accessories include:
  • 6 each Accelerometer, armor-jacketed, right angle with 30' cable (part#A0322RA-1)
