Emerson’s Machinery Health Management business is committed to providing you with the most powerful tools for machinery analysis. Standing behind this commitment are Support Agreement services to ensure that your Machinery Health Management Program benefits from not only today’s CSI technology, but from future developments as well.
  • Updates to keep you on the cutting edge. As new ways of managing machinery health data are developed, features are enhanced in the software. Likewise, firmware is enhanced and sometimes analyzers are even tweaked to increase longevity or improve performance.
     
  • Product expertise is a phone call away. With your support agreement, you’ll access our dedicated customer support team to help troubleshoot your CSI product. Coordinate with our product analysts for diagnosis and fixes including free database repairs.
     
  • Discounts on new releases. Longer-term, your Support Agreement allows you to upgrade to a future CSI product well below list price.
     
  • PM’s for your PdM tools. No cost repairs, calibration, battery replacement, and even a thorough cleaning are included in your Support Agreement. Vibration analyzer loaners are available for longer turnarounds, so there’s never a reason to put off service.
     
  • Technology support agreements allow you to get the most out of your Machinery Health Management Program. Your Support Agreement gives you access to new developments and support services that will save you time and money.
     
  • No charge for feature enhancements. With a Support Agreement, it’s not necessary to be a new customer to get the latest versions of software and firmware. Customers with a Support Agreement will receive software updates free of charge whenever modifications have been made to the software. And you may request firmware updates and manual or CD replacements at any time.
     
  • Get new technology with continuity of data. Maintaining a current Support Agreement helps to pay for tomorrow’s upgrade with attractive trade-in values on your software and analyzer. Upgrading is easy, because continuity of data from heritage technology is always provided.
     
  • For reliability professionals, credibility is the currency of doing business. Calibration procedures certified by ISO 9002 and the Nuclear Procurement Issues Committee (NUPIC) ensure your diagnosis is made using precise data. Your agreement provides a calibration as often as once per year to give you the confidence you need to make tough calls.
     
  • Your analyzer will be there when you need it, even when it isn’t. CSI analyzers are known for their reliability, but if servicing is needed at a critical time Support Agreement customers may utilize a vibration analyzer loaner free of charge to keep from having unplanned downtime.
     
  • Our definition of normal use will amaze you. A support agreement extends your warranty and covers replacements like: LCD backlit display, backlit membrane keypad, transistors, capacitors, resistors, micro chips, diodes, board sets, 25 pin parallel port, 9-pin serial port, BNC tach inputs, power connector, protective overlay, and batteries.
